Three levels
- Owner — you. Full access including bank details and pricing.
- Manager — can add products, change prices, see reports. Cannot touch payout settings.
- Cashier — can ring up sales and look up products. Nothing else.
To add someone
Go to Settings → Staff, enter their email, and pick a level. They create their own password the first time they sign in.
A good habit
Give cashiers the cashier level. If someone leaves, remove them from Settings the same day.
