You do not have to figure this out alone
If any part of setup is confusing, stop and ask for a call. It is free, there is no limit, and we stay on the line until your register takes a real sale.
How to ask
- Sign in.
- Tap the big Get help setting up button on your dashboard (or Help in the corner of any page).
- Put in your name and the phone number you answer.
- Pick what you need help with, and a day and time that suits you.
- Tap Ask for a call.
What happens next
We see your request right away and call you at the number you gave. If we miss you, we try again. You'll see the status of your request on that same page.
What to have nearby (only if the call is about your bank)
- Your driver's license
- The last four digits of your Social Security number
- A blank check, or your routing and account numbers
- Your cell phone, because the bank texts you a code
