Fees & getting paid

When your money hits the bank

Payout schedule, first payout, and what to do if it's late.

The schedule

Payouts run weekly, on Mondays, covering the previous week's sales. Weekly batching keeps the per-payout cost down, which is why your net stays higher.

Your very first payout

The first one takes longer — typically 7–14 days after your first sale — because the payment network runs a one-time review on every new business. After that it settles into the weekly rhythm.

Where to check

Get paid shows your payout status, the connected bank account, and whether anything is still pending verification.

If a payout looks missing

  1. Check that Get paid shows payouts enabled with green checks.
  2. Check the date — Monday payouts can land Tuesday or Wednesday at some banks.
  3. Confirm the bank account number on file is the right one.
  4. Still stuck? Ask the support assistant — it can see your actual account status.
