Sales & reports

Reading your sales reports

What each number means and which one actually matters.

The numbers on Sales

  • Gross — everything rung up before any fees.
  • Net — what actually lands in your bank. This is the one to watch.
  • Card line — what customers paid toward card costs.
  • Platform fee — our 1%.
  • Tax — sales tax collected. Not your money; you owe it to the state.
  • Tips — passed straight through to you.

Trends

The chart shows sales by day, and the busiest-hours view shows when people actually come in. Use it to set your staffing hours.

Per-product

Sort by units sold to see what's carrying the shop, and by revenue to see what's paying the rent. They're often different products.
