Pairing
- Charge the reader fully before the first pairing.
- Open Hardware and press Pair reader.
- Hold the reader button until the light blinks.
- Pick it from the list.
When it drops mid-day
In order, this fixes it almost every time:
- Put the reader on the charger for a minute.
- Reload the register page.
- Hold the reader power button 10 seconds and let it restart.
- Unpair and pair again from Hardware.
Keeping it happy
- Same wifi network as the tablet
- Within about 30 feet
- Charged overnight, every night
